Can I reserve items?
To give everyone the fairest possible chance of a unique item, it is not possible to reserve items. Please also note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved for you.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Sofort, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay.
What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?
Is there something wrong with your order after receipt or do you have a complaint? Send an email immediately explaining the situation to email@example.com. We will respond to your email as soon as possible and come to a solution together.
Shipping & returns
When do I receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace as soon as we have posted your package. Normally you will receive the package within one working day after shipment.
NB! We have no influence on crowds or delays in the delivery service. We count on your understanding.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the size and value of your order. The shipping costs of your order are calculated at checkout. These are the standard rates within NL :
Letterbox package: €4.10
Registered parcel: €8.70
Insured package: €14.90
Belgium, Germany & France:
Letterbox package: €4.65
Registered parcel: €18.00
Insured package: €28.00
Can I place an order if I do not live in the Netherlands?
Glory delivers standard within Europe. Do you live outside Europe and would you still like to place an order? Please contact us via Instagram or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I am not at home?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be delivered to the mailbox, to the neighbors or to the nearest parcel point. Check the track & trace you received by email.
How can I return my order?
Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchase! If it happens that your order is not entirely to your liking, you can return it within 14 days after delivery . To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Report your return as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt, by sending an email to email@example.com . Do this while stating your order number. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as possible with the return address. NB! We will not process returns that have not been registered by e-mail!
2. Pack the item(s) carefully and in the original packaging including accessories. NB! The items must have an attached price tag (tie-wrap). Returns without a ticket will not be processed.
3. Send the package by registered mail via PostNL to the address you received by email. Send us the track & trace after shipment via firstname.lastname@example.org .
4. After receiving your return, we will process it as soon as possible and prepare the refund of the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method.
NB! The costs for returning your order are for your own account and we recommend that you keep proof of shipment with tracking information. As the shipper you are responsible - if the return package is lost, this is not our responsibility. Damage caused by insufficiently protected packaging is for your own account.

No exceptions are made to the above. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be tried on and returned.
My package seems to be missing, what can I do?
Fortunately, it almost never happens that a package gets lost. In any case, almost all of our items are shipped with insurance. This means that we as the sender are insured with the postal company, so that you can get the purchase amount back.
If it seems that your package is missing, you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Mention your order number and the track & trace that you previously received by email. As the sender, we will contact the postal service. An investigation will then be launched into the whereabouts of the package. Please note that such an investigation will only be initiated after the package has been in transit for 2-3 weeks. The investigation itself can also take some time. We count on your patience and understanding and will keep you informed of the situation via email.
Is your package indeed missing? Then you will receive the purchase amount back from us as soon as the investigation has been completed.
Kan ik mijn bestelling ruilen?
We bieden helaas geen ruilservice aan. Wil je liever een ander item bestellen? Als de initiele bestelling aan alle retourvoorwaarden voldoet, kun je deze retourneren (zie de instructies en voorwaarden onder het kopje "Hoe kan ik mijn bestelling retourneren?") en een nieuw item bestellen. We adviseren je om dit direct te doen, voor het geval jouw favoriet uitverkocht raakt. De verzendkosten voor het retourneren van de initiele bestelling en de nieuwe bestelling zijn voor eigen rekening.
What material are the jewelry made of?
Our vintage and pre-loved collection only consists of solid gold items. We do not sell gold plated jewelry. Our items also feature natural gemstones (unless stated otherwise). Our items will not discolour and can last for generations to come!
Gold jewelry is always made of a mix of pure gold and other materials such as copper and silver. Pure gold (24 karat) is too soft to make jewelry. The number of carats indicates the gold content in a piece of jewelry. The higher the carat, the more pure gold a piece of jewelry contains. Below you will find the differences:
8 karat: 333/1000 or 33.3% gold
9 karat: 375/1000 or 37.5% gold
14 karat: 585/1000 or 58.5% gold
18 karat: 750/1000 or 75% gold
The content often says something about the origin of your jewelry. For example, 8 carat is mainly used in Germany, 9 carat in England and 14 carat in the Netherlands.
How do you guarantee that the jewelry is real gold?
We find our collections all over the world, each item more unique than the next. We work with permanent partners who guarantee their quality. Quality is our top priority! Naturally, we therefore also carry out checks ourselves before items go on sale. Most of our items are gold stamped. If, for example, this is no longer visible due to the age of a piece of jewelry, we will always carry out a gold test by means of a touchstone and test water. So you can assume that you have a soild gem in your hands!
How is the price of your jewelry determined?
The price of our jewelery has been carefully determined and is fixed. There are several factors that go into the price, including:
- Jewelry consists of a certain part of pure gold. The gold content plays a role in the price, but not always. 9 carat gold vintage and/or pre-loved jewelery from England are often more massive and feature natural and special gemstones. 14 carat gold jewelery from the Netherlands is often more subtle and less use is made of (colourful) gemstones. For that reason, 9 carat jewelry can be more expensive or more valuable, even if the carat content is lower than, for example, a 14 carat gold ring.
- Because of the BREXIT, importing special 9 carat gold jewelery from England has become a lot more expensive. This also plays a role in our selling price.
- Furthermore, the exchange rate of the gold price and the weight and uniqueness of an item play a role in our selling price.
Will the jewelry that is sold out still be replenished?
Our collection consists of vintage and pre-loved items, so often only one of them is available. There is a chance that a similar item will become available again!
If an item is returned, it will be back in stock. Keep a close eye on the website.
Is the entire collection vintage/pre-loved (and what's the difference)?
Our jewelry collection consists almost exclusively of vintage or pre-loved items. It may happen that an item is new - this will be stated on the product page.
A vintage item is at least 25 years old, a pre-loved item is newer. It is not always possible to determine the age of an item. If known to us, this will also be stated on the product page.
Does the jewelry come with a certificate?
Because most of our jewelery has been around for years, an original certificate is often no longer included. All information known about an item is listed on the product page.
How do I know my ring size?
You can determine your ring size in a number of ways. Detailed instructions on how to measure your ring size can be found in our size guide. Tip! Order our ringsizer here.
What if the ring is not my size?
Is a ring not quite your size? In most cases it is possible to have an item resized. NB! You should have the resizing done yourself at a jeweler or goldsmith in your area. Send us a message via Instagram or an email to email@example.com , so we can advise you about the possibilities. NB! This is just advice, not a guarantee. We are not responsible if something goes wrong with a resizing. Items cannot be returned after resizing. You can use the cooling-off period of 14 days to inform yourself about the actual possibilities at a jeweler or goldsmith in your area.
How do I keep my jewelry beautiful for the longest time?
Although our items are made of solid gold, they are still vulnerable to external influences. Follow our tips in the care guide to keep your jewelery beautiful for as long as possible. Tip! Order our cleaning cloth here to easily make your jewelry shine again.
Is there a warranty on the jewelry?
From the day of purchase, there is a 30-day guarantee on our jewellery*. When the items are sold, we make sure everything is in order. Any 'defects' that may affect the use or quality of the item are listed on the product page. When purchasing, keep in mind that vintage/pre-loved items are not new and may therefore have signs of wear.
After the warranty period has expired, we are not responsible for any form of damage when an item is with a new owner. Follow our tips in the care guide to extend the life of your jewelry.
*Is there something wrong with your item within 30 days of purchase? Send an email with all details to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Together we will look for a suitable solution. The warranty does not apply if an item has been resized, repaired or otherwise by a third party or if the damage is proven to have been caused by negligence.
Do you have a visiting address?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit us to try on or pick up items, for example. We do, however, regularly organize a pop-up. Sign up for the newsletter and keep an eye on our socials to stay informed of events where you can view and shop our items live!
