Het midden is bezet met een prachtige, heldere lila amethist. Het bovenste en onderste deel van de hanger zijn beweeglijk. De hanger is helemaal rondom gedetailleerd bewerkt - echt een kunstwerk. Het totaalgewicht is maar liefst ruim 4 gram!
